Patrick H Donohue
On November 8th, 2013, I successfully defended my doctoral thesis. Almost six years of my life to be able to say this:
Proving, once and for all, that I will do anything for a punchline.
I spent 2014 with a new PI to keep things interesting, as a post-doc in nuclear post-detonation material forensics. Another paper published, and more than enough drafts to replace it. But now my Notre Dame era is over, and I’m excited about spending the next few years as a postdoc with the Hawaii Institute for Geophysics and Planetology, working with Dr. Gary Huss on cosmochemistry research.
